Sedan cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. All other vehicles must be made at least 48 hours prior. Late cancellation is subject to the full charge of the trip (NO SHOW) including all tolls and parking fees.
If you made a round-trip reservation, and would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each segment of the trip separately.
Airport Arrivals
If you have any difficulty finding your chauffeur, please call our toll-free number (1-888-666-7077) and we will solve the problem immediately. In order to avoid being charged a No-Show fee, please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us.
We constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. There will be no waiting charges for the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights, or for the first 75 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Any additional waiting time is subject to the “Waiting Time” fees explained below. All published rates are subject to change with out notice.
Airport Waiting Time Charge
Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between the actual landing time and a passenger getting into your reserved Weldon Coach vehicle. After a five (45) minute grace period on all domestic trips (75) on international flights, there is an $1.00 per minute charge while your chauffeur is waiting.
Non-Airport Waiting Time Charge
There will be no charge for waiting time for the first 5 minutes. Any additional waiting time is billed at .75 per minute.

Child car seats (upon request). Parents and guardians of children traveling in Weldon Coach vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
